1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility Requirements

This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). markajbet strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. markajbet makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent or who are subject to a court order restricting their ability to enter contracts are not eligible to use the Platform.

2.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms or who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive are not eligible to use markajbet. If you have previously self-excluded and attempt to register a new account, markajbet will close the account upon discovery and return any remaining balance.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on markajbet. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. markajbet reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your markajbet login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify markajbet immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. markajbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). markajbet may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 3.5 Non-Transferability. Your markajbet account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of the account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. markajbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. markajbet reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. markajbet does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. markajbet reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. markajbet complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. markajbet reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 markajbet may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. markajbet reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonuses where it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system.

5.4 markajbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification.

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the markajbet Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing markajbet staff or other players.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the markajbet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of markajbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of markajbet.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, markajbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

8.2 markajbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software bug that affects the outcome of a game, markajbet reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return the staked amounts to the players' accounts. markajbet's decision in such matters shall be final.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 markajbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with problem gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options.

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through the markajbet account settings or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, markajbet will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 markajbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

10.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, markajbet may forfeit any remaining balance, pending bonuses, and accumulated winnings where such forfeiture is permitted under applicable law.

10.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting markajbet customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses not yet wagered) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to markajbet's internal dispute resolution process. You may submit a formal complaint by contacting our customer support team. markajbet will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve it within 14 business days.

11.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through markajbet's internal process, the parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

11.4 markajbet's decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject only to manifest error or fraud.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 markajbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, markajbet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

12.2 Your continued use of the markajbet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
